Keegan is a very well-bred mare. She is by the outstanding producer Rotherwood Crown Prince. He was imported from England and has been Supreme Champion in USA, Canada and England. He was also a riding and driving champion. Now deceased, Crown Prince has passed on all of his best attributes to his foals – lovely conformation, kind temperament and trainability. Keegan is no exception to the quality of ponies that Crown Prince produces. Keegan’s dam is by the very well known Canadian Champion – Beaverwoods Cricket (Welsh/TB). Cricket was a 4 time winner part welsh at the Canadian National Welsh Show. He was also 1995 Reserve Champion green hunter pony, as well as 5 championships in the large pony division. Though Keegan never competed herself, you can she was bred to be a hunter. Keegan has tons of white which definitely makes her stand out in a crowd. She has a gorgeous dished face, and expressive eyes. She is a huge mover and a very sweet girl to have around the barn. Keegan will no doubt pass on her lovely hunter movement and loud markings to her offspring.
