We are excited to have this wonderful hunter-bred pony here at Crown Ridge Farms. Her sire is the amazing hunter pony sire Carolinas Red Fox. Red Fox needs no introduction in the pony world. His foals have won in top company. Whether it is in the hunter ring, welsh ring or hunter pony breeding ring, Red Fox foals are hard to beat. He has been in the top 5 USEF Hunter Pony Leading Sires list for numerous years, including being ranked #1 in 2002. Hermia's damline is also known for producing wonderful hunter ponies. Llanarth Leading Lady is maternal half sister to Llanarth Senator. Senator has also produced numerous champion ponies in the hunter ring and on the line. Other 'great' stallions in Hermia's pedigree include Downland Chevalier (x 2), Solway Master Bronze and Downland Dragonfly (x 4).

Hermia's full brother is the highly successful hunter pony - Land's End Wye Me. Wye Me was USEF 2009 Zone 2 Green Pony Champion along with many other accomplishments. Her other successful full siblings are Land's End Juliet (2002 Zone 8 #2 Small Pony Hunter) and Land's End Orisino. Land's End Farm has also retained a full sister for breeding.

Hermia is a very sweet natured mare and is easy to handle in the barn. She has wonderful conformation and huge movement. She has spent most of her life producing lovely foals. Her foals have usually taken the height of her sire, which means she can produce smalls or mediums. We can't wait to see her Crown Ridge foals!
